NDIS

New Chapter is a registered provider of the NDIS, delivering essential disability services in the vibrant and beautiful Southern region of Tasmania.

We adhere to our legislative and funding agreement requirements to ensure we meet your expectations and provide a high level of service.

We continuously work to meet the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and NDIS (Provider Registration and practice standards) Rules 2018 which include supporting people with a disability.

Our record of accomplishment in providing disability support services, excellence and delivery performance is due to personnel within the organisation being participant focused, competent and delivering successful solutions to any problems that may arise.

New Chapter has systems in place to ensure we can provide high quality services to meet your individual needs.

Following a comprehensive assessment an individual person-centred support plan will be developed in consultation with you and your support team, family and any person you request to act as your advocate. Services are planned to complement your strengths, needs and current supports.
